Don't need to give a reason. Thank you!
What to bring to class? Aloha and a smile and...
* A water bottle.
* Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that is easy to move in. Workout attire works well.
* Wearing a pa'u (hula skirt) or pareo (wrap, sarong) is optional.
* Silence cell phones.
* No shoes in the dance studio. Please leave near the front entrance.
* Unless requiring more foot support, please dance bare footed. Yoga style socks with grips on the bottom are an option to wear to keep feet warm. Wearing basic socks or tights are not recommended as they increase the risk of slipping and/or falling.
